New Balance Annapolis offers
free shipping to any order over $59.99. The service we use is UPS
Ground for our free shipping service. This service includes all states
even HI, and AK. We may use USPS from time to time for HI and AK
deliveries.
Return Shipping
The customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping products back to
New Balance Annapolis for returns or exchanges. If the customer
requires an exchange New Balance Annapolis will pay for the shipping back to
the customer. New Balance Annapolis pays for all outgoing shipments
that fall under our free shipping rules.
Rush Shipping
If you need rush shipping please call us at toll free 1-877-573-1141 to make
arrangements. We will make sure the item is in stock and give you
shipping estimates. New Balance Annapolis will assist with Rush
Shipment Costs in the amount of $10.00. Typically the additional costs
to the customers are as follows. UPS 3 Day Select will be an
additional $10.00, UPS 2nd Day Air will be an additional $20.00, and UPS
Next Day Air Saver will be an additional $50.00.
Military Shipments
We are unable to offer free shipping to any military address. Please
call us at toll free 1-877-573-1141 or 410-573-1141 to make arrangements for
military shipments. We do use USPS services for military shipments,
and the typical costs for delivery are an additional $20.00-30.00 depending
on the address.
International Shipments
Because of our agreement with New Balance, we are unable to provide service
to any other county besides the United States of America. |
