Returns Policy and Exchanges
1. Worn Items get an exchange (with in 30 days of purchase, excluding
transit times)
2. Non Worn Items are applicable for full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: We are happy to exchange or replace all items
damaged in transit and/or containing a manufacturer’s defect. Shipping
charges incurred for such exchanges will be waived. Please contact our
Customer Service department at toll free 1-877-573-1141.
Returning or Exchanging an Item: The following instructions outline the
procedures for processing a return, exchange, or refund:
- You must fill out the provided return exchange form completely.
- You must re-wrap (paper or plastic) or place the shoe box in a container
(box).
- Merchandise must be returned within +/- 30 days. (excluding transit times)
- Credit will be provided and/or replacement merchandise sent within 48
hours of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Important Notes:
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
A return address must be included. For the safety of our employees, any
package received without a return address on the outside of the package will
be destroyed.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original
purchase.
