We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PAYPAL.
We DO NOT accept Checks, Money Grams, Money Orders, or Bank Transfers.
Sales Tax
New Balance Annapolis is required to charge sales tax by law in the state of
Maryland Only. Any of the other 49 states will not be charged sales
tax.
How to place an order online
Once you have found a shoe you like, you will be asked to select a size,
select a width, select an insole, and select a quantity. Once you have
chosen these options from the drop down menus CLICK the "add to cart"
button.
Now you are in the shopping cart section of
our website. Review the contents of your shopping cart. To
proceed you have two options. 1. Click the button "proceed to
checkout". 2. You also may click the Pay with Pay Pal now
button, which will direct you to the Pay Pal website to finish your order.
If you clicked the "proceed to checkout"
button you will be prompted to log in or create an account. If you are
a new customer click on the "new customer" button to create an account.
You will be asked basic information on this page like your name, address,
email, and phone number. These are for billing and shipping purposes.
Once your account has been created you will
be prompted to a Step 1 of 3, Shipping Confirmation Page. This page
will contain the address you wish to have your items shipped to, and your
Shipping Charges. Any order over $59.99 will receive free UPS ground
shipping. If you have any special instructions you would like us
to do concerning shipping please enter them in the comment field on this
page. Click the "continue checkout" button.
The next page is Step 2 of 3, the payment
page. You will see a review of the charges that you are authorizing.
Below that you will be asked to enter any coupon codes you may have.
We send coupon codes in newsletters and mailings to existing customers.
Also you may see a coupon code that we are offering in a current promotion
on our site. Next you will be prompted to enter your credit card
information. Do not worry, our site is secured and your personal
information is protected with a Verisign Security Certificate.
Verisign is a world leader in online security. If you wish you may
also use Pay Pal at this point in the payment process as well. Once
finished please click the "Continue Check Out" button again.
You will be directed to the page Step 3 of 3
Order Confirmation. On this page you will see an overview of your
entire order. Review it, and make sure everything is accurate.
Once you feel comfortable with the information you submitted proceed to
press the "Confirm Order" button.
On the following page you will be assured
that your credit card is not charged until your order has shipped, and you
will be given a order number for your reference and records.
What Happens Next?
New Balance Annapolis pulls order though out the day from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
eastern time. Once we pull your order offline we go and pick your shoe
out of inventory. Most orders will ship the same day.
Unfortunately some shoes may have to be ordered. This will increase
the lead time by 3-5 days. Most customers receive their orders with in
7-10 days. Customers whom have neighboring states to Maryland may
receive their orders as quickly as the next day.
When your order is shipped, your email
address is entered into UPS. UPS will send you an email with a
tracking number attached. If you have any questions or concerns about

International Orders
We are unable to ship orders outside of the United States. We only
ship orders to the 50 states including HI, and AK.
Military Orders
Due to not being able to offer free shipping to military addresses we are
currently not offering ONLINE ORDERING of items to be shipped to Military
Addresses. If you are interested in ordering an item and you are at a
